CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Choice of Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Conflict of law principles that would otherwise apply are expressly excluded. These Terms do not limit any privacy rights you may have under applicable state or federal law, which remain in full force and effect.
